Request Funding

All Applicants must complete and submit the Electronic Funding Application below. Grants are issued in April and October of each year and applications must be submitted by April 1^st for our Spring funding cycle and October 1^st for our Fall funding cycle. All applications MUST INCLUDE vendor quotes or estimates for the goods or services to be purchased by CareForKids.org and also include proof of non-profit status in the form of an IRS Determination Letter.

IMPORTANT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

You must be very specific and provide an itemized list of all materials (playground equipment, toys, books, sports equipment, wheelchairs, school supplies, TV/VCR, etc.) or program needs you are requesting along with pricing and your preferred vendor. No funds for any type of administrative needs shall be considered. This includes gas cards, salaries and gift cards. It is very important that you include a statement of beneficiaries, program goals, and participants for our consideration that clearly show the benefit of our grant.

Grant requests submitted without proof of non-profit status, an itemized list of goods or services to be procured on your behalf and your statement of beneficiaries, program goals, and participants shall be automatically rejected without further notice.
